Shipping In india

• Free shipping for all orders.
• Once the order is placed, expect your products to arrive in 21 working days.
• In case of custom made orders, days may vary. Please contact our customer care for more information.
• You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

•  We ship to maximum countries. Please refer to our shipping partner ( shiprocket )’s site for more details.
• Custom duty charges, if any in your country will be born by customer.
• International shipping will be calculated during checkout while billing.

Return Policy

•  If you want to return your product, then it should be initiated within 48 hours of the product delivered. 
• If you want to raise a return request, log in to your account, select the product you would like to return and click on the return order link. 
• Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp or Phone Calls.
• Keep the item in its original condition & packaging along with MRP tag & accessories for a successful return pickup. 
• Once we receive return request, the process will be completed within 15 days.

• Returns and pickups are done free of cost in India.

The following products shall not eligible for return :-

• Any product that exhibits physical damage.
• If the saree has been ordered with fall.
• If the product is customized for you.
• Irregularities in Bandhani, Hand Block & Vintage Fabric will not be considered a defect.

Cancellation Policy

• If unfortunately you have to cancel your order, kindly do it within 48 hours of placing order.
• If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, we will refund you the entire amount.
• Once the product goes into customization process, the order cannot be cancelled.
