Refund Policy

If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, we will refund you the entire amount.
Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment.
Refunds, if any, whether in the form of cash or store credit, will be processed within 5-7 working days of (i) You providing the appropriate account details in case of a cash refund; or (ii) receipt of product by Us.
We do not offer refunds on jewellery, accessories unless its quality defect, customised products (made to order), products mentioned as Pre-order, products been altered as per size specification.
Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund or online gift card immediately after we receive the products from your end and its pass quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days.
